Toni Morrison at Columbia. The late Toni Morrison’s writings have touched the minds and lives of generations of Columbians. All undergraduates enrolled in Literature Humanities now read Song of Solomon in the Core Curriculum.
Come explore Morrison’s legacy at a special screening of the Sundance-acclaimed film Toni Morrison: The Pieces I Am followed by a conversation with Farah Jasmine Griffin, Columbia faculty featured in the film, and director Timothy Greenfield-Sanders '74CC (The Black List, Lou Reed: Rock and Roll Heart), a friend of Toni Morrison’s for over 35 years.
Running time is approximately two hours.
