Virtual Bookclub | Virginia Woolf
Event details
“What is the meaning of life? That was all ― a simple question; one that tended to close in on one with years, the great revelation had never come. The great revelation perhaps never did come. Instead, there were little daily miracles, illuminations, matches struck unexpectedly in the dark; here was one.”
― Virginia Woolf, To the Lighthouse
Celebrate Women’s History Month by revisiting Virginia Woolf’s classic, To the Lighthouse, a central work in the first wave of feminism and a Lit Hum staple since 1990. Led by the Paul Brooke Program Chair for Literature Humanities and Professor of French, Joanna Stalnaker, the next session of the Core Conversations virtual book club will run from March 13-April 12. The club includes guiding questions and a facilitated conversation on the online platform.
Join in the conversation as you enjoy this Lit Hum classic this March!
